Cryptocurrency Exchange – Binance is trying again to fix its server problems. It means that the trade has been suspended for some time. Today it turned out that you can not even enter this website.

Binance suspends trading until Feb 9 4AM

Yesterday on the site voided a message that there is a break in transactions and you can not perform them. Today you can not log into the stock market anymore. Fortunately, a message appeared on Twitter, which explains everything:

“Due to an unforeseen slowdown in the speed of our data sync, we now estimate for all trading activity to resume at 2018/02/09 4AM (UTC). In the 30 minutes prior to the commencement of trading, users will be able to use utilize all other account related functions.”

2018/02/09 4AM (UTC)

AM = Ante meridiem: Before noon because the 12-hour system divides the 24 hours of a day into two periods lasting 12 hours each. Using numbers from 1 to 12, followed by am or pm, the 12-hour clock system identifies all 24 hours of the day. So, for example, 5 am is early in the morning, and 5 pm is late in the afternoon; 1 am is one hour after midnight, while 11 pm is one hour before midnight.

Exchange users are pissed off

This is not the first issue of the Binance Exchange and users are losing patience. All problems began when the price of Bitcloina went up. At that time, many people wanted to register on the Exchange. Since then, many people have complained about Binance (that it works too slowly). Below are the comments from Reddit:

“For every noob seller that saved money, a smart buyer lost out. I don’t know if that’s a good thing. The overall market is probably better off with more assets in the hands of smart investors with strong hands” (Literate_Octopus, Reddit)

“If the withdrawal fee ends up eating more than 5% of your holdings I totally understand why people would leave it there. It’s also coin dependent, ETH and ERC20s get taxed quite heavily, whereas NEO is free and XLM is pennies. In total, I probably paid $30-40, which isn’t huge relatively speaking. But it does seem ridiculous that some of my transfers were free or pennies and others were 20$.” (Psilodelic, Reddit)

“This is why I like having my funds, kept on me... Airswap already has ETH/AST & AST/ETH without any fees...Can’t beat that. I would suggest Airswap as an alternative to Using Binance, only more secure, always available, free (no commission), mobile friendly, best price available, easy flow...seems this might attract users to a certain degree.” (Junkshot1, Reddit)

Good luck Binance, we’re waiting for a repair!
